This is when the customer decides to order right away and the system will calculate when the customer receives the order

How does the system calculate?

(Avg. Cooking Time) + (Distance from Restaurant to Customer’s location (mins)) = Estimated time customer will receive food.

วิธีคำนวณระยะทาง

(ระยะเวลาในการทำอาหาร) + (ระยะทางจากร้านอาหารมาถึง location ของลูกค้า (นาที)) = เวลาที่ลูกค้าจะได้รับอาหาร
Driver should arrive 5-10 mins before food is finished Cooking

คนขับจะไปถึงประมาณ 5-10 นาที ก่อนเวลาที่อาหารจะทำเสร็จ

“Order Later Feature” / “สั่งซื้อทีหลัง”

This is When Customer schedules an order in advanced (when they want the food to reach their location)

เมื่อลูกค้าสั่งอาหารล่วงหน้าและระบุเวลาที่ชัดเจน
Minimum in advance time is 1 hour

เมื่อลูกค้าสั่งอาหารล่วงหน้าอย่างน้อยที่สุด 1 ชั่วโมงก่อนเวลารับอาหาร
Default Cooking Time : 20-30 mins.

เวลาที่ใช้ในการทำอาหารเบื้องต้นควรอยู่ที่ 20-30 นาที
Driver to receive the food 20-30 mins before “schedule time”

คนขับจะไปถึงร้านอาหารก่อนเวลาที่ลูกค้าแจ้งไว้ 20-30 นาที
