New Features Updated TH / ENG (Food Ready By / Start Cooking / Blogger / Driver Status) – Hungry Hub

1. "Food Ready by Display" (Delivery)

We have added a feature in the app below the booking ID for staff to see what time a delivery order should be ready by. This differs from when the customer should receive the order by, usually food should be ready 30 minutes before pick up time.

“อาหารจะเตรียมเสร็จภายใน” (Delivery)

ข้อความดังกล่าวจะอยู่ด้านล่าง Booking ID เพื่อแสดงให้เห็นถึงเวลาที่คนขับรถส่งอาหาร จะมารับอาหารตามเวลาดังกล่าว ทั้งนี้อาหารควรจะทำให้เสร็จก่อนเวลาที่คนขับจะมาถึงอย่างน้อย 30 นาที

2. "Start Cooking Button" (Delivery)

Pressing this button allows the restaurant to avoid sending orders to the kitchen multiple times. This button will display every time a new order has been made. Once you press this button, it will simply disappear.

This button does not affect the delivery or send a notification to the customer. However, it is just a means to help keep you organized.

“เริ่มทำอาหาร” (Delivery)

เมื่อเริ่มทำอาหาร ทางร้านควรกดปุ่มดังกล่าว เพื่อหลีกเลี่ยงการทำออเดอร์ซ้ำ ปุ่มดังกล่าวจะขึ้นทุกครั้งที่มีการสั่งออเดอร์ และเมื่อร้านอาหารกดปุ่มแล้ว ปุ่มดังกล่าวจะหายไป ทั้งนี้ปุ่มดังกล่าวจะไม่มีผลกับการส่ง Delivery หรือเกี่ยวข้องกับลูกค้าในกรณีใดๆทั้งสิ้น ปุ่มดังกล่าวมีขึ้นเพื่ออำนวยความสะดวกกับทางร้านอาหารเท่านั้น

3. Blogger Bookings Display (Dine In & Delivery)

Once we have manually confirmed a blogger review with you via Line or email, Hungry Hub will proceed to make a booking through the HH system. All blogger bookings will have a golden tab “Blogger booking”. The purpose of this feature is for staff to know that, blogger has been confirmed by management and for the staff to prepare a table. Any blogger booking made in the system, Hungry Hub will not charge commission.

หลังจากที่ Hungry Hub ได้รับการคอนเฟิร์มจากร้านอาหารว่าอนุญาตให้ Blogger เข้าไป review แล้ว ทาง Hungry Hub จะทำการจองผ่านระบบของ Hungry Hub และในออเดอร์ของ Blogger จะมีการขึ้นสัญลักษณ์ Blogger ตามรูป ทั้งนี้เพื่อเป็นการแจ้งเตือนทางร้านอาหารว่าออเดอร์ดังกล่าวเป็นของ Blogger ให้จัดเตรียมโต๊ะและอาหารให้เรียบร้อย ทั้งนี้ทุก Booking ของ Blogger จะไม่มีการเก็บค่า Commission จาก Hungry Hub

4. “Driver Status” (Delivery)

To show the driver contact and status, it will be displayed once the driver comes and picks up.

จะแสดงให้เห็นถึงสถานะการส่งอาหาร และข้อมูลต่างๆของคนขับรถ ซึ่งจะโชว์ขึ้น เมื่อคนขับส่งอาหารกำลังไปรับอาหาร
