Promo Code Terms and Conditions
- Users may receive a promo code through marketing campaigns, restaurant or hotel reviews, or social media promotions.
- Promo codes can only be used with restaurant partners that accept them as the sign:
Please verify eligibility on the respective restaurant's profile page.
- Promo codes can be applied as a discount during the booking process on the Hungry Hub application or website.
- If there is any remaining balance after applying the promo code discount, users are required to make a prepayment for the remaining amount to complete the booking.
- Only one promo code is allowed per booking.
- If a booking made with a promo code is canceled and a prepayment was made for the remaining fee, the system will not refund the full transaction value. Users are advised to contact Hungry Hub’s contact center before proceeding with any cancellation.

เงื่อนไขการใช้งาน Promo Code
- ผู้ใช้งานอาจได้รับ Promo Code จากแคมเปญการตลาด การรีวิวร้านอาหารหรือโรงแรมพาร์ทเนอร์ หรือแคมเปญบนโซเชียลมีเดีย
- Promo Code สามารถใช้งานได้เฉพาะกับร้านอาหารพาร์ทเนอร์ที่รองรับการใช้งาน โดยสัญลักษณ์จะแสดง:
- Promo Code สามารถใช้เป็นส่วนลดระหว่างขั้นตอนการจองบนแอปพลิเคชันหรือเว็บไซต์ของ Hungry Hub
- หากมียอดเงินคงเหลือหลังจากการใช้ส่วนลดจาก Promo Code ผู้ใช้งานจำเป็นต้องชำระเงินล่วงหน้าสำหรับยอดเงินคงเหลือดังกล่าวเพื่อดำเนินการจองให้สมบูรณ์
- สามารถใช้ Promo Code ได้เพียง 1 โค้ดต่อการจอง 1 ครั้ง
- ในกรณีที่มีการยกเลิกการจอง (ซึ่งใช้ Promo Code พร้อมชำระเงินคงเหลือล่วงหน้า) ระบบจะไม่คืนยอดธุรกรรมเต็มจำนวนหลังการยกเลิก โปรดติดต่อศูนย์บริการลูกค้า Hungry Hub ก่อนทำการยกเลิก
